Enjoy the process was founded in 2018 by Professor Marcelo out of pure love for the gentle art & genuine desire of creating a more comprehensive way to learn BJJ while promoting a high quality/conscious lifestyle that empowers each member of the community to follow their passion. Our mission is to bring jiu jitsu to as many people as possible in world and help them to develop their full potential on and off the mats.
